In office buildings, we follow our philosophy of clean, simple and contemporary architecture, but with personality. Urban Venture Group is collaborating with two clients in the design of office buildings to house their respective businesses.

Medical Innovation Center:

A three-story 10,000 square foot building with adjacent parking for offices and a research laboratory. The clean and shiny character that the façade projects is a reflection of the pristine nature of this research facility.

The Hub:

A 15,000 square foot building for medical offices and co-working facility. Due to the limited size of the lot, the parking was located on the first floor and offices on the two floors above. We achieved an austere and practical design responding to the desired budget for its development.
